Cooling-Off Period
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to return them, provided they are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked courier.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately. We may require photos to process your claim. If eligible, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with our warranty.
