Shipping policy

We know you can’t wait to get cooking, so we work hard to get your KuKoo products to you as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery Times

• Scottish Highlands: 2–5 working days (some postcodes may incur an additional charge).

• Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland: 2–3 working days from dispatch.

• Larger orders may require a signature upon delivery. If so, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm availability.

International Orders
For delivery outside mainland UK, we keep costs as low as possible and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
