1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of kukoo.com and any purchases made through it. By using our site, you agree to these terms. We may update them periodically.

2. Ordering
An order is placed when you complete checkout. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation email.

3. Delivery
We aim to meet all delivery timeframes, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for missed installation dates due to delayed deliveries.

4. Returns & Warranty

  • You may return unopened goods within 14 days (buyer pays return postage).

  • All KuKoo electrical/mechanical products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Items must not be modified, altered, or tampered with, or the warranty becomes void.

5. Pricing
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change.

6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
